During September and October of this year, the bidding process was carried out to select the company in charge of the Construction Management of the Future ITBA Building, a key player within the Innovation Park of the City of Buenos Aires.
In this instance, the UDFEP Purchasing Department worked on the preparation of the invitation and the bidding documents. Five companies outstanding in the field of construction management were invited, consolidating a competitive and transparent process. After a meticulous analysis of the offers received, the contract was finally awarded to Spósito & Asociados (S&A), an Argentine company of international renown in Project Management and Construction Management.

The tender was structured in four specific stages, with activities starting in December focusing on:
- Value Engineering: Evaluation of technical and economic solutions to optimize resources.
- Contracting Strategy and Purchasing Plan: Definition of contractual modalities and scopes.
- Risk Analysis: Identification and mitigation of potential challenges.
- Preparation of Bidding Packages: Documentation preparation for future contracting.
These actions are essential to ensure that the construction of the Future Building is carried out under the highest standards of quality, transparency, sustainability, and efficiency.
