Located on Avenida Eduardo Madero 399, the last available plot of land in the area is being sold for US$40 million. This is the site where, until last year, the historic central headquarters of the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA) operated—the building where classes were held, laboratories functioned, and the university’s administrative offices were housed.
