Por el momento, quedan suspendidas las solicitudes de tarjetas salvo casos excepcionales.
Las solicitudes deber\u00e1n realizarse del 1 al 10 de cada mes.
Para la solicitud de tarjetas personales es necesaria la autorizaci\u00f3n del Director de Departamento al que pertenece el solicitante y el Centro de Costos al cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 imputado el gasto.
El solicitante deber\u00e1 coordinar la entrega de las tarjetas con la imprenta y quedar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n a su cargo la presentaci\u00f3n de la factura al \u00e1rea de contadur\u00eda.<\/p>\n

global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n Las plataformas y redes sociales se han convertido en uno de los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importantes en cuanto a interacci\u00f3n con diferentes p\u00fablicos de inter\u00e9s. El ITBA tiene presencia en redes sociales a trav\u00e9s de perfiles institucionales en: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Tik Tok y Linkedin. Estas redes son gestionadas por el Departamento de Comunicaci\u00f3n Institucional.<\/p>\n En base a la DP XXX, que posibilita que cada \u00e1rea gestione sus propios perfiles en redes sociales, es requisito completar el siguiente formulario detallando los puntos solicitados dentro del mismo.<\/p>\n Previo a completar el formulario, recomendamos descargar y leer la \u201cGu\u00eda de usos y estilo en las Redes Sociales\u201d\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Una vez aprobado el formulario por el Departamento de Comunicaci\u00f3n Institucional, podr\u00e1 proceder a crear sus perfiles en redes sociales .<\/p>\nSOLICITUD DE EVENTOS<\/h1>\n
Consideraciones a tener en cuenta:
\u2022 Organizaciones Estudiantiles: previo a completar esta solicitud, la actividad debe tener aval acad\u00e9mico y del \u00e1rea de Vida Universitaria.
\u2022 El Formulario de organizaci\u00f3n de eventos detallado debajo debe completarse y enviarse con un m\u00ednimo de 11 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong> de anticipaci\u00f3n al mismo.
\u2022 Una vez enviado el formulario, recibir\u00e1s respuesta a tu solicitud en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 4 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/h1>\n
DIFUSI\u00d3N DE EVENTOS<\/h1>\n
\u2022 Los eventos CERRADOS (aquellos dirigidos s\u00f3lo a la comunidad ITBA) ser\u00e1n difundidos a trav\u00e9s de alguno, o todos, de los siguientes medios:
\u2013 Agenda de la web
\u2013 Plasmas
\u2022 Los eventos ABIERTOS (aquellos dirigidos a la comunidad externa) podr\u00e1n ser difundidos en las Redes Sociales de la Universidad -post evaluaci\u00f3n del Departamento-.
