The purpose of the Doctoral Program in Leadership and Systemic Innovation is to train researchers in innovation, capable of analyzing, designing and managing innovative processes and ecosystems. The Program is characterized by a systemic vision that allows addressing complex problems, based on analysis and research methods that consider both technological creativity and the economic, social, environmental and cultural dimensions of innovation processes.

  • Contribute to scientific and social progress, through a robust research, applied to different subjects, that has impact and relevance both locally and internationally, from a systemic perspective that integrates society, technology and the environment.
  • Promote intersection models between research and innovation process management, which facilitate interdisciplinary approaches, and the participation of the actors involved in the problem under study.
  • Contribute to the theoretical and methodological development of the systemic innovation management field.
  • Train students in the knowledge and use of cutting-edge methodologies for research and design of innovation processes such as: disruptive innovation, collective intelligence, systemic sciences, human-centered design, biomimicry, among others.

Student Profile

Our graduates will be able to:

– Design and develop research activities on different topics related to innovation;

– Apply conceptual and methodological systemic tools in the analysis and design of innovation processes to address complex problems;

– Link and articulate research activities on innovation and innovation process management.
