During September and October of this year, the bidding process was carried out to select the company in charge of the Construction Management of the Future ITBA Building<\/b>, a key player within the Innovation Park of the City of Buenos Aires.<\/h3>\n

In this instance, the UDFEP Purchasing Department<\/b> worked on the preparation of the invitation and the bidding documents. Five companies outstanding in the field of construction management were invited, consolidating a competitive and transparent process. After a meticulous analysis of the offers received, the contract was finally awarded to Sp\u00f3sito & Asociados (S&A)<\/b>,<\/a> an Argentine company of international renown in Project Management and Construction Management.<\/p>\n

Sp\u00f3sito & Asociados: A Strategic Ally<\/b><\/h4>\n

Founded in 2014 as a continuation in Argentina of Lendlease, Sp\u00f3sito & Asociados<\/strong> has a professional team that has led works totaling more than 8 million square meters<\/b> in Latin America and the Caribbean. With offices in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Uruguay, the company brings vast experience in managing educational projects and other sectors.<\/p>\n

A Four-Stage Process<\/b><\/h4>\n

The tender was structured in four specific stages, with activities starting in December focusing on:<\/p>\n

  • Preparation of Bidding Packages:<\/b> Documentation preparation for future contracting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
